hey @Xfinity, we were scheduled to have service set up at our new residence this morning b/w 7-9am. The technician failed to honor the appointment and apparently the SOONEST you can get someone here is two days from now? That is absolutely unbelievable.

@SizeshiftChaos I went down to the comcast store with the TV reciever with me. told them I've watched 0 TV in the past 6 months.Its harder to be denied when you're in person. (wore a mask of course.)

@bfbuschi Good luck with that. When u do get a number the automated system leads u all the way through and hangs up on u bc it doesn't have a solution to YOUR problem.My lifelong worst business to call: Comcast ๐คฌ

@Xfinity why make cancelation so difficult. Every other service allows you to cancel online. You force a conversation with an outsourced firm and take days to call us back. Rather then provide easy return and cancelation instructions you extort us. Shame on you guys!!!!
