He's got mad bicep veins and you can clearly see muscle tone n definition not just some inflated baloon looking thing under his skin lol, or maybe synthol can be used to make the muscle still look like muscle? Or maybe I just don't have a clue...
Synthol has come a long way since the likes of Greg Valentino tho mate , most of the top guys have some form of oil enhancement to iron out any imperfections , Piana goes to Texas according to his ex-girlfriend to get this done......
PMMA (polymethyl-methacrylate) fillers contain about 20 percent of tiny PMMA microspheres that are suspended in 80 percent of purified collagen gel. A few months after it is injected, the collagen gel breaks down and your body produces its own natural collagen to fill out the space under the skin.
This type of dermal filler is considered semi-permanent, and is most often used to treat medium-to-deep wrinkles, folds and furrows, particularly nasolabial folds. It can also be used to fill out pitted scars and to augment thin lips.
When a more permanent solution to facial wrinkles is desired, PMMA is often used instead of collagen replacement therapy or hyaluronic therapy. PMMA has been used for many years in permanent surgical implants. Because of this, your surgeon will likely under-fill on the first treatment, adding more later if needed.
One of the downsides of PMMA is that a number of injections are needed to create volume and it can take up to three months to realize the full effects. It may also be visible under the skin. To avoid any unwanted results, it's key that your plastic surgeon is familiar with the proper technique, which involves injection at the dermal subcutaneous junction using threading or tunneling methods
Edit .just found the quote from his blog.......

Yep, I dated him for 7 years and he goes down to Mexico once a month or so for PMMA Injections
Still obvously works out but he has HAD A LOT of help and has ended several inches to his arms, traps, tris, ass, etc. I dated him and lived with him for 7years so I know everything about him
That PMMA injectable is prob legal here in the US now. He only has a nice pool, the rest of the house is below average
.I dont know who or why he is trying to fool anyone but the gig is up and its only a matter of time before this all catches up with him. I wish him luck
He definitely doesnt work on Wall Street if you get my drift
..Did those commercials and extra work years ago and made very little money on it, his money comes from the obvious, etc

Great post! It certainly looks like Synthol has come on loads, or at least has if used in the right ways. Personally, I'd have never guessed.
